CapeAxis is a small Cape Town consultancy working with schools and education organisations that want change to hold after the consultant leaves.
Our story
Improvement holds when the people running it helped build it.
CapeAxis was set up to give school leaders access to experienced, flexible support without adding another off-the-shelf programme to a calendar that is already full.
We are deliberately small. Each engagement has one lead, and we bring in specialist colleagues from a trusted network of South African educators, researchers and facilitators only when the scope genuinely calls for it.
We work with public and independent schools, school governing bodies, district offices, and education non-profits. Most of our work is in the Western Cape, with remote and blended engagements elsewhere in the country.
